2. Pre‑paid label. We’ll email you a FedEx/USPS label—no printing claws required.
3. Pack & send. Re‑use the original packaging if possible (or a similar sturdy box).**
4. Fast refunds. Once our team inspects the return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.***

Returns requested after 45 days are not accepted unless we’ve provided a written extension. One return per product style per household.
